Recruiting Manager in North Brunswick, New Jersey

Established in xxxx, IT Trailblazers employs more than 200 professionals and specializes in recruiting professionals with various IT skill sets like SAP, Java, .Net, Oracle, etc. for contract or full time hiring by our clients based in USA or Canada. Strong growth of our recruiting team and the need to take recruiting to the next level necessitates consolidating all recruiting operations under a Recruiting Manager.
The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for managing the team of recruiters and enabling rapid growth. Responsibilities include hiring, training, auditing, setting up and managing processes related to recruiting like screening, posting job requirements, technical interviewing, and submissions; monitoring metrics and taking corrective actions, monitoring and improving productivity, organizing the team around company priorities, and managing recruiter compensation and career path.
This position is based in North Brunswick, NJ, and would require occasional travel to Bangalore / Chennai, India.
Skills / Experience Required
? 5+ Years experience in Recruiting as a Manager / Team Lead
? Proven experience in recruiting and placing various software professionals in the US market.
? Strong managerial skills
? Exposure to various technologies and skill sets
? Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
? Team Player
